Liverpool host Manchester United as one of the Premier League's most notorious rivalries pits Mourinho vs. Klopp for the very first time. Here are 7 things to look out for in the match.
Will the Pogba-Herrera partnership work?
Ander Herrera looks set to partner Paul Pogba in the center of midfield, and he could just be United's best option there moving forward. Paul Pogba's struggled settling into his new digs so far, but Ander Herrera could be the one to help him unpack his bags and get comfortable. If United are to be successful against Liverpool's manic pressing style, their midfield will be key, and it all hinges on how well Pogba and Herrera dovetail.
Can Sadio Mane take advantage of United's fullbacks?
Sadio Mane's been brilliant since he arrived from Southampton. His combination of pace, trickery, and constant goal threat makes him dangerous every time he steps on the pitch. Manchester United aren't the strongest at the fullback position, and Sadio Mane could have a field day out on the wing.
Can Jose Mourinho spark some inspiration from Manchester United?
It seems like every week the Jose Mourinho name loses a little more luster. He genuinely used to be The Special One, but he hasn't impressed at Manchester United so far, and he's been legitimately outcoached more than once this year. This is their chance to make a big statement about where they are as a team, and for Mourinho to prove that he's still the man that had the footballing world at his feet just a few years ago.

Will Daniel Sturridge start?
And will he be effective? Jamie Carragher suggested Daniel Sturridge might not make a full-strength Liverpool's first XI. Sturridge has suffered from injury issues during his entire tenure, but in his absence Roberto Firmino stepped up as a very capable and handy false 9. Sturridge is healthy now though, and this is a golden opportunity to shoot himself to the top of Jurgen Klopp's depth chart with a good performance against United.

Can Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Anthony Martial prey on Liverpool's defense?
Liverpool's defense isn't the greatest. They've conceded 10 goals in seven Premier League matches, and although Dejan Lovren and Joel Matip are growing into their partnership, they're still, well, growing into their partnership. Zlatan and Martial can be absolutely deadly when together, and if Matip and Lovren aren't prepared for that threat, the consequences could be not so pretty for Liverpool.

Will Coutinho produce some magic?
Coutinho's been in absolutely sparkling form for both club and country. The tiny Brazilian is like a hummingbird with his darting, flitting runs, but he's got plenty of thunder in those boots too. Coutinho's got the key to Jurgen Klopp's German-engineered vehicle, and he drives it real real smooth. He loves the big moments too, and at home against Manchester United is the exact kind of stage Coutinho likes.
Will Jurgen Klopp spontaneously combust on the sideline?
Jurgen Klopp may just be the most energetic manager in the game. He shouts, gesticulates, hops, skips and jumps throughout matches, and he gets so excited when his team scores that you can see each molecule of his being shaking with pure infectious enthusiasm. He hasn't exploded from pure exhilaration yet, but it could happen. It could.
