It’s no secret that Frederik Andersen is on fire this season. With nearly two hundred saves under his belt, Andersen is starting the season off with a bang. Since his NHL debut last year, the star goalie has had an average save percentage of .932, making a name for himself in the league. Drafted by the Ducks in 2012, Andersen is the only player on the roster from Denmark, but has adjusted well to life in Anaheim. He is a supporter of the Ducks’ neighbors, the Los Angeles Angels, by attending numerous games and even throwing out the first pitch for the August 13th home game this season. Not only does Frederik like watching baseball in his free time, but he also enjoys spending time on the golf course. Recently, Andersen supported fellow teammate, Ryan Getzlaf, in his annual golf shootout to raise money for CureDuchenne.
