San Diego – On Sunday, March 30, FOX Sports San Diego (FSSD) will be fully distributed throughout San Diego, just in time for the Padres 2014 season. San Diego’s first 24/7 regional sports network will go live at 12:00 AM PST Sunday on Time Warner Cable, the last of the five major television providers in San Diego to carry the network.
FOX Sports San Diego, which offers over 500 live sporting events each year including Padres baseball, Clippers basketball, Ducks hockey, SDSU and USD collegiate sports, top national collegiate events and more, officially launched in San Diego on March 17, 2012 and was carried throughout the 2012 Padres season on Cox and DIRECTV. Shortly after, distribution deals were completed with both AT&T U-verse and Dish Network.
"Our goal from the start was to ensure that every household in San Diego could receive the network," said Henry Ford, Senior Vice President and General Manager, FOX Sports San Diego. "We’re thrilled that for the first time ever, every cable and satellite home in San Diego can see Padres baseball this season, as well as the additional programming we televise."

FOX Sports San Diego will televise 160 San Diego Padres games this season, beginning with Padres Opening Day on Tuesday, April 1. Additionally, FOX Sports San Diego will produce 100 Spanish-language Padres telecasts, available on FOX Deportes San Diego on Cox and Time Warner Cable.
