USA – Jamaica Pregame and Match Coverage Live from Levi’s Stadium
LOS ANGELES, CA – The U.S. Men’s National Team seeks its sixth regional title on Wednesday, July 26 when they face Andre Blake’s Jamaica in the CONCACAF Gold Cup final. Coverage begins at 9:00 PM ET on FS1.
Rob Stone anchors studio coverage live from a field-level set at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., alongside former U.S. Soccer Hall of Famer Alexi Lalas, two-time U.S. WNT Olympic Gold Medalist Aly Wagner and Emmy-Award winning broadcaster Fernando Fiore. Lead play-by-play announcer John Strong is on the call alongside U.S. MNT legend, Landon Donovan, and former U.S. international, Stu Holden, with Jenny Taft reporting from the sidelines and Dr. Joe Machnik weighing in as rules analyst.
The Americans defeated Costa Rica 2-0 to book a spot in the final, while Jamaica’s Reggae Boyz beat Mexico for the first time in Gold Cup competition, upsetting the reigning champions 1-0 to advance to its second consecutive Gold Cup final. The two nations faced each other in the semifinals of the 2015 Gold Cup, which Jamaica won 2-1.
