Sonnen drops a poem, then calls out Silva
After beating Shogun Rua in the main event of Saturday's UFC on FOX Sport 1, Chael Sonnen had a little fun with the guy he'd like to be his next opponent. It should be no surprise, after 18 straight days of lead-up poems, that this post-fight speech also came partially in the same format:
Judging from Wanderlei's reaction to seeing Sonnen win, he might be set to take him up on it.
Jay Onrait gives best preseason game promo ever
This one speaks for itself, and almost single-handedly made Sunday's Colts-Giants game on FOX a must-watch:

Travis Browne earned Knockout of the Night honors at Saturday's UFC on FOX Sports 1 for this boot to the chin of Alistair Overeem that sent the big man careening down to the canvas for the finishing blows:
FS Live panel takes on Ryan Braun
One of the unique features of FOX Sports Live, the all-athlete panel — hosted by Charissa Thompson — discussed many hot topics in sports throughout the weekend, perhaps none more memorable than when former MLB player Gabe Kapler joined to discuss the Ryan Braun scandal:
