Tiger Woods and Lindsey Vonn made headlines in March when they announced they were a couple. See how love bloomed.

Lindsey Vonn made headlines Monday night when she dished on her relationship with Tiger Woods at the Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards in New York. But questions about her new beau weren’t the only thing keeping her busy at the glitzy event in Manhattan.

That’s because the Olympic skier, who is training for the 2014 Sochi games after tearing her ACL in a scary February crash, also reportedly got a visit from the International Olympic Committee, which forced her to take an on-the-spot drug test in a couture gown.

According to the New York Post, Vonn accompanied designer Cynthia Rowley to the awards show, and the two were already seated inside when Vonn got a call from the IOC.

Several drug testers were waiting outside Lincoln Center, and told Vonn they needed access to the event to perform a drug test immediately. Rowley met the IOC group outside and ushered them into the hall.

A source told us: “Lindsay met the IOC at the bathroom. Cynthia stood guard outside, and no one was allowed to enter the bathroom. They were in there for about five minutes.”

We’re told that amidst the glamorous setting, the IOC team made Vonn “pee in a cup” and tested the urine sample on the spot. She passed the test, our source reported, and the IOC staff told her to “have fun.”

It may sound odd for the IOC to show up at such a strange place to collect their sample, but it’s hardly the first time an Olympian has been drug tested at a less-than-ideal time. Just last month, gold medal-winning gymnast Aly Raisman had to take a random drug test before a guest appearance at a taping of a TV show.
