Team USA and LA Kings goalie Jonathan Quick has stepped up his game when it comes to patriotic face masks.

Team USA hockey goalies have been pulling out all the stops when it comes to face mask design for the Sochi Winter Games.

Los Angeles Kings goalie Jonathan Quick appeared to be playing it safe when preview images of his mask were released last Wednesday.

Airbrushed by Steve Nash of EyeCandyAir, the picture was based off a photo taken by US Army Sgt. Jose Torres from the 3rd US Infantry Regiment.
