Add Oklahoma coach Bob Stoops to the list of names rumored to be in the mix for the Browns vacant head coaching position.

ESPN NFL Insider Tony Softli posted this on his Twitter account during the Sugar Bowl between Alabama and Oklahoma.

Softli was formerly the Carolina Panthers Director of College Scouting and the St. Louis Rams Vice-President of Personnel. He currently is the sideline reporter on the Rams radio network.

Stoops, 53, led the Sooners to a 45-31 win over No. 3 ranked Alabama Thursday night in the Sugar Bowl. Stoops’ career record at Oklahoma is 160-39. Stoops is a native of Youngstown.

The Browns have reportedly interviewed Seahawks defensive coordinator Dan Quinn earlier this week and are scheduled to interview Cardinals defensive coordinator Todd Bowles on Friday and Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels on Saturday.
