Report: Browns 'going hard' after DeSean Jackson

DeSean Jackson could be joining the Dawg Pound -- if the Browns are able to land him.
As of Monday night, all signs pointed to free agent wide receiver DeSean Jackson signing with the Redskins. Jackson just wrapped up a two-day visit in Washington, which Dan Steinberg of the Washington Post described as "a pretty amazing exchange".
But another team has reportedly swooped in and is making a strong push.
The Cleveland Browns, who have been very busy in free agency already, could look to make the biggest splash of the offseason by signing Jackson.
According to NBC Washington, as of this morning, Cleveland is "going hard" after Jackson with an offer -- but don't count the 49ers out, either.

The Browns, of course, have more cap space to offer Jackson a deal that would pay him in the $8-10 million range he's reportedly demanding.
