Add a fictional character to the list of those weighing in on LeBron James’ homecoming to Cleveland.
You may remember Ted Mosby, played by Ohio native Josh Radnor, from the nine seasons of the popular television sitcom "How I Met Your Mother."
Mosby hails from the Cleveland area — Shaker Heights, to be precise — which becomes a recurring source for jokes on the show that wrapped up its final season in May.
Once bitter about LeBron’s departure, Mosby’s sentiments are much different now, as he shares them in a video complete with the infamous blue French horn that any fan of the show will surely appreciate.
Radnor the actor gives his own reaction, before getting into character once again.
Mosby’s reaction is predictably excited. But one of the show’s other characters — Canadian Robin Scherbatsky, played by Cobie Smulders — may have to reconsider her bold stance on Cleveland with all the excitement surrounding the city.
The real wild card would be the response of Neil Patrick Harris’ character, Barney Stinson. Just a hunch that it would be legen — wait for it — dary.
