The Columbus Blue Jackets made Sonny Milano their top pick in June’s NHL Entry Draft. It turns out the Boston College bound left-hander is no stranger to fame.

At least internet fame.

When Milano was just 14, he entered a video contest from hockey supplier Bauer. The contest was centered around the theme of changing the game.

Milano won a pair of Bauer skates for his effort.

Then at the NHL Combine, Milano again showed off his stick and puck control tricks.

Blue Jackets fans are hoping that Milano becomes as good a pro as he is a an internet video superstar.
