The Bengals claimed defensive player Dontay Moch from the Arizona Cardinals on waivers Friday.
Moch, a third-round draft choice of Cincinnati in 2011, played in four games last year for the Cardinals.
He was a Bengal during the 2011 and '12 seasons but played in only one game. The club released him at the end of the 2013 preseason, and Arizona signed him to its practice squad before later adding him to the active roster.
The Nevada product has three career tackles, including one sack.
