Twins teammates campaigning for Dozier to make All-Star team

Entering Wednesday's game, Brian Dozier has 17 home runs and a .512 slugging percentage.

Brian Dozier has a chance to play in his first All-Star Game, but has to make it in via a fan vote. His numbers are certainly deserving, but Dozier currently is second in voting behind Kansas City’s Mike Moustakas.

With voting coming to an end Friday, the Twins — and Dozier’s teammates — are pushing hard for the second baseman to be chosen by the fans.

In particular, Trevor May has donned the role of campaign manager, putting out this hilarious video the other day:
