FOX Sports North and the Timberwolves announce 2013-14 telecast schedule

FOX Sports North and the Minnesota Timberwolves today announced a 75-game telecast schedule for the 2013-14 regular season — the most games ever televised by the network. For the first time, FOX Sports North will serve as the exclusive television home for the Minnesota Timberwolves, broadcasting nearly every game that is not scheduled for national network TV.

FOX Sports North will also televise two Wolves preseason games in 2013. FOX Sports North’s regular season coverage begins October 30 when the Wolves take on the Orlando Magic. All games are available in high definition.

Timberwolves broadcasts will again include play-by-play announcer Dave Benz and color analyst Jim Petersen. Tom Hanneman, Marney Gellner and Jamie Hersch will host Wolves Live presented by CenturyLink before and after every game, which also features analysis from Kevin Lynch and Quincy Lewis.

In the occasion of a programming conflict on FOX Sports North, select Timberwolves games may move to FOX Sports North PLUS, an alternate channel made available by most cable and satellite providers. The channel is carried full time on Comcast, Midcontinent and the majority of Mediacom systems.
