2013-14 stats: 8.3 ppg, 3.2 apg; 2013-14 earnings: $1.3 million. Minnesota wouldn't mind trading J.J. Barea alongside Kevin Love at some point this summer and, depending on who it gets in return, would need a replacement backup for Ricky Rubio. A 28-year-old journeyman, Livingston played behind Deron Williams in Brooklyn last season and at times outperformed him.

Lance Stephenson, SG, Indiana Pacers
2013-14 stats: 13.8 ppg, 7.2 rpg; 2013-14 earnings: $981K. Stephenson made a name for himself in this year's playoffs by agitating LeBron James, but he can score, too. He's only 23, and as long as he can keep his antics in check could be a good addition to the Wolves' backcourt -- especially if Kevin Martin is traded away this summer.

Chandler Parsons, SF, Houston Rockets
2013-14 stats: 16.6 ppg, 5.5 rpg; 2013-14 earnings: $927K. The Rockets didn't exercise their $965,000 team option on Parsons' contract for 2014-15, making him a restricted free agent. They could still re-sign him for more money than he would've earned, anyway, but he could be a nice sign-and-trade piece in a deal including Kevin Love if Minnesota is willing.

Josh McRoberts, PF, Charlotte Bobcats
2013-14 stats: 8.5 ppg, 4.8 rpg; 2013-14 earnings: $2.7 million. Because it didn't draft a power forward, Minnesota could use some depth at the four even if it trades Kevin Love and receives a player of the same position in return. McRoberts is 27 years old, provides an energetic spark and is a good passer for a big man.

Ramon Sessions, PG, Milwaukee Bucks
2013-14 stats: 12.3 ppg, 4.1 apg; 2013-14 earnings: $5 million. Wolves coach and president of basketball operations Flip Saunders desires more athletic players that can drive to the basket. Sessions fits that bill and could be a nice change-up coming off the bench in place of Ricky Rubio, assuming J.J. Barea is traded this offseason.
