Sedin sets Canucks’ career goals mark in 4-2 win over Bruins
Vancouver Canucks left wing Daniel Sedin celebrates his goal against Bruins goalie Tuukka Rask and defensemen Zdeno Chara (33) and Zach Trotman (62) during the third period Thursday in Boston. The Canucks won 4-2.
Hayes’ wrister from the left circle with under a minute to play in the second tied it for Boston.
Burrows beat Rask on a point-blank slap shot nearly two minutes into the third period, but Vancouver’s lead was short-lived as Marchand rocketed a wrister past Markstrom roughly 2 1/2 minutes later to make it 2-2.
Rask’s 17-save shutout helped Boston blank Vancouver 4-0 in the only other meeting between the teams this season on Dec. 5.
