The Vancouver Canucks finished the 2010-11 regular season atop the power rankings mountain, closing out the year 7-3-1 in their final 10 games.

The Anaheim Ducks were able to crack the top 10 in the rankings thanks to the play of Dan Ellis down the stretch. The Ducks' puck-stopper posted a 2-0-0 record, 1.21 goals-against average and .964 save percentage in three Week 26 appearances, helping Anaheim make a late charge up the Western Conference standings.

How did your team do in the final week of the regular season? Read on to find out.

(Note: The Power Rankings will be based on a formula of points earned divided by the maximum amount of points possible [points/games played x 2]. In case of a tie, categories such as wins, goals against, goals for, power play goals and power play percentage will determine rankings.)

(.646) Even though the Penguins were without Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin for a good portion of the season, the team didn't roll over and die. Pittsburgh heads into the postseason on a roll, having won eight of its last 10 games and three straight in Week 26.

(.591) By picking up five of the eight points that were on the table last week, Chicago earned a chance to defend its Stanley Cup title. Brent Seabrook did his part in Week 26 to help his team qualify for the playoffs, posting two goals and three assists in four games.

(.567) The Rangers finished out the 2010-11 season with 44 wins and 93 points, which, believe it or not, almost wasn't good enough to get them into the postseason. The Rangers won three of their last four games, but still needed the Tampa Bay Lightning to beat the Carolina Hurricanes on the next-to-last day of the season in order for New York to qualify for the playoffs.

(.530) Jaroslav Halak helped the Blues close out the year on a high note, turning aside every shot he faced in a 2-0 win over the playoff-bound Predators Saturday night in St. Louis. Halak won his two final starts of the year for the Blues, only giving up one goal on 51 chances.

(.494) Even though the Devils ran out of steam in the end, the team should be proud that it was even in the running for a playoff post after the way it started off the year. After taking over behind the bench in late December, Jacques Lemaire guided the Devils to a 29-17-3 record, which included a 23-3-2 run to start the second half; bringing the club to within six points of eighth place in the East at one point.

(.488) Atlanta closed out the season by losing four of its last five games, including three of four last week. Ondrej Pavelec backstopped the Thrashers to their only win of Week 26 when he stopped all 29 shots the Rangers fired his way in a 3-0 win last Thursday in New York.

(.378) The 2010-11 campaign was no fun for the Oilers. Not only did the team finish with the fewest wins (25) and points (62) during the regular season, Edmonton also closed out the year with the most losses (45) in the league, with 14 of those coming in its final 16 games.
