News: Brodeur says he would consider joining the Canadiens if the team made him a contract offer, reports "This is Carey Price's team," said the free agent goaltender. "I would definitely still want to be the No. 1 goalie, but it wouldn't bother me to play in only 20 to 25 games during the season if I know I'll have fun playing within a winning team." Impact: Brodeur, who has played all 21 of his NHL seasons with the Devils, delivered a 19-14-6 record, 2.51 GAA and .901 save percentage last season. The Devils did not re-sign him, choosing instead to go with Cory Schneider as their top dog. The Habs have Peter Budaj and Dustin Tokarski on contract, so it would be odd to ink the 42-year-old Brodeur. But stranger things have happened. Marty's best fantasy days are far in the rear-view mirror, regardless of where (or if) he lands.(RotoWire, )
