News: Killorn (shoulder) isn't expected to play Friday against the Jets, Erik Erlendsson of the Tampa Tribune reports. Impact: Killorn acknowledged that his previously undisclosed injury occurred when he banged his shoulder and head on the boards Monday. While he wasn't diagnosed with any concussion symptoms and was able to get in a light skate Thursday, the Bolts seem inclined to give him a few more days off to aid his recovery.(RotoWire, )

News: Coach Jon Cooper said that Killorn (undisclosed) will not play Tuesday against the Flames, Erik Erlendsson of the Tampa Tribune reports. Impact: While the undisclosed ailment will force Killorn to miss his second straight contest, Cooper said that the forward is still being viewed as day-to-day, after he reported some improvement Tuesday. Jonathan Drouin has since returned from his rehab assignment at AHL Syracuse to slot in for Killorn as the club's second-line left wing. As one of the top prospects in all of hockey, Drouin doesn't figure to surrender that role back to Killorn upon his return to full health.(RotoWire, )

News: Killorn (undisclosed) appears to be feeling better Tuesday, but he still looks likely to miss his second consecutive game against the Flames, Erik Erlendsson of the Tampa Tribune reports. Impact: Coach Jon Cooper indicated a day earlier that Killorn would need a "miraculous recovery" in order to suit up Tuesday, so despite his apparent progress, his chances of suiting up against the Flames would appear doubtful. Because the Bolts didn't hold a morning skate Tuesday, Killorn's official status for the game likely won't be known until warmups.(RotoWire, )

Impact: The exact severity of Killorn's injury is still unknown, but his status will likely be updated in the coming days when he's able to determine the amount of pain he's experiencing. News: Killorn scored his first goal of the season in Tuesday's 2-1 loss to the Devils. Impact: Will he best his totals of last year? We hope so, but he may be hard-pressed to deliver another 40-plus-point season unless he moves into a top-six role. Still, there's value here in deep formats.(RotoWire, )
