News: Enroth will start Wednesday's game against the Jets, Bill Hoppe of the Times Herald reports. Impact: Even though Michal Neuvirth is set to return, Enroth will get the nod by virtue of his past two performances, stopping 62 of 64 shots. Enroth has a 2.01 GAA and .943 save percentage in three career games vs. the Jets, but has never beaten them. Given his current hot streak and career numbers against Winnipeg, Enroth is a playable option in a pinch. The Sabres' offense will, however, need to score a few goals to give Enroth a chance at a win.(RotoWire, )

News: Enroth stopped 43 shots in a 2-1 win over Washington on Saturday night. He earned the game's first star for his work. Impact: Wins are hard to come by in the land of deep snow. And the team doesn't play much defense to help their goalies. So we're recommending a stay-away approach for the foreseeable future. You don't need an anchor on your fantasy squad.(RotoWire, )

News: Enroth will be in the crease Saturday against the Capitals, Mike Harrington of the Buffalo News reports. Impact: Enroth was set to get the starting nod Friday against the Rangers, but that match was postponed in light of the severe snowstorms descending on the Buffalo area. He'll man the net Saturday, and for perhaps the Sabres' next handful of games, given the uncertain health of Michal Neuvirth (lower body), who has yet to resume practicing. Enroth claimed his second win of the season in relief of the injured Neuvirth on Tuesday versus the Sharks, stopping 19 of 20 shots.(RotoWire, )

News: Friday's game between the Sabres and Rangers, where Enroth had been expected to start, has been postponed. Impact: First and foremost, we certainly sympathize with those in danger during one of the nastiest snowstorms the Buffalo area has ever seen. It's also created a major challenge with local sporting events, and the Sabres were lucky to sneak in their Wednesday victory over the Sharks before a sparse crowd. Those playing daily lineups Friday will now only have three games to choose from instead of four.(RotoWire, )

News: After starting goaltender Michal Neuvirth left the game with a lower-body injury, Enroth took his place and guided the Sabres to a 4-1 win over San Jose on Tuesday. Impact: Enroth stopped 19 or 20 shots for his second win of the season. For whatever reason, the Sabres always have the Sharks' number, and have now won eight straight games against them. The severity of Neuvirth's injury is still unknown, but if he can't play, Enroth will be the de facto starter. The Sabres won't win many games, but Enroth will get you his fair share of saves with the amount of shots they allow. He's a risky fantasy play every single night.(RotoWire, )

News: Enroth gave up five goals on 38 shots in Thursday's loss to the Wild. Impact: The Swede is in the midst of a seven-game losing streak and hasn't won a game in nearly a month -- Oct. 14. With 16 goals allowed over the last three games, things certainly aren't getting any better for Enroth.(RotoWire, )

News: Enroth will start in net for the Sabres on Thursday, Paul Hamilton of WGR Sports Radio 550 reports. Impact: Enroth allowed six goals in his last outing against the Penguins while making 33 saves. Enroth is losing ground in the goaltending battle to Michal Neuvirth, but both goalies are coming off poor showings in their latest starts. The Wild won't be as formidable as the Pens on offense, but the Wild are still a very good team sans Zach Parise and can really roll three scoring lines. The Sabres will be without top defenseman Josh Gorges, which makes the job even more difficult on Enroth.(RotoWire, )
