The deal makes Pouncey the highest-paid center in the league, eclipsing Alex Mack's five-year, $42 million deal he signed with the Cleveland Browns.
Pouncey is slated to earn $26.5 million in the first three years of his new deal, Garafolo reports.
Pouncey, who still had a full year left on his rookie deal, tore his ACL in the Steelers' first game last year.
