Bennett isn't fooling around. He even wore a Marcus Allen jersey during his pitch and told viewers that he'd support the "powder blacks."

Chargers fans might not be as welcoming of their hated rival. But if their current team isn't considering the city's new $1.1 billion stadium offer, the Raiders just might.

Said Bennett:

“If you had the passion of San Diego fans for their city, and the passion of the Raiders fans for their team, and you put those two things together, we could finally become a football city, rather than a city that just has an NFL team."
