The NFL will head south of the border in 2016.

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell announced on Friday that the Oakland Raiders and Houston will play a regular-season game on Nov. 21 in Mexico City. This will be the first time the league has played a game in Mexico since 2005, when the Arizona Cardinals and San Francisco 49ers played in front of a packed house at Estadio Azteca.

That 2005 game drew more than 103,000 fans and the NFL, specifically the Texans, have long wanted to return since.
