Todd Bowles treats Jets to his ‘private stash’ of cookies after win

Who knew Todd Bowles had a secret stash of chocolate chip cookies?

Typically, when an NFL team gets a big win, the head coach will tell his players how proud he is and give them a hug or a high five. Not New York Jets head coach Todd Bowles. He gives out chocolate chip cookies.

Following Sunday’s huge win over the New England Patriots, Bowles was so pumped up that he revealed he has his own private stash of those delicious treats, and he even broke into it for this special occasion. 

Any time the Jets beat the Patriots, it’s exciting. When they beat New England to move into playoff position, it’s even better. It’s no surprise to hear how fired up Bowles was after the game, seeing as it’s the biggest win of his career with the Jets thus far.

This isn’t the first time Bowles has revealed his love for cookies. Back in October, he received a care package from Chips Ahoy. It included several boxes of cookies, as well as a mug with his face on it. Maybe that’s where his "private stash" came from …
