2 key Jets listed as questionable

Published Jan. 15, 2011 12:00 a.m. ET

The New York Jets' Drew Coleman and Brad Smith are listed as questionable for Sunday's playoff meeting with the Patriots and coach Rex Ryan said they will be game-time decisions.

Coleman did not practice Friday, and Smith did so on a limited basis. Ryan was non-committal on whether they would suit up, perhaps to keep the Patriots unsure of their status.

"They are questionable and that's what I'm going to stay with," Ryan said. "Let them figure it out."

Coleman, a valuable nickel back, hurt his knee in practice on Thursday and, if needed, would be replaced by rookie Kyle Wilson.

Smith spearheads the Jets' Wildcat package and is the primary kick returner. Antonio Cromartie, superb on kickoffs last week against the Colts after Smith hurt his groin, would inherit the job Sunday if Smith was unable to go.
