Jets RB Chris Ivory on quad: If it's not ready, I just won't play

New York Jets running back Chris Ivory remained sidelined in practice on Thursday with a quad injury that was "very sore" after Monday night's game.

Head coach Todd Bowles wasn't sure if Ivory would be able to make it through the entire game against the Indianapolis Colts, but he was able to push through. Now it seems unlikely that he'll be on the field in Week 3.

According to Rich Cimini of ESPN, Bowles sounded concerned about Ivory's injury and that he'll likely be a game-time decision.

If Ivory is unable to go, Bilal Powell will be in line for an increased role with Zac Stacy as his backup.
