The wife of New York Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie is taking no more chances when it comes to getting pregnant.

Terricka Cromartie told the New York Post Thursday that she doesn't plan on having any more babies after the set of twins she is currently carrying is born. The couple currently has three children, and the player has seven more with several different women.

"After this set I am definitely getting my tubes tied because I am just satisfied with my three. These two are a blessing and I am getting a little bit older. So I don’t want to be carrying a baby anymore.

"People are going to talk, regardless, with speculations in regards to how, when and why. But at the end of the day, we made the decision not to have any more children, and then we were blessed with this blessing and people hate on your blessing regardless of what it is."

The Cromarties thought they already had the birth control issue solved when Antonio had a vasectomy last year, but apparently something went awry. According to the American Pregnancy Association, the chances of getting pregnant after a vasectomy are less than 1 percent. As for tubal litigation, roughly 1 in 200 women still end up becoming pregnant, according to John Hopkins University.
