WATCH: Adrian Peterson rips off monster touchdown run vs. Broncos

The Denver Broncos bottled up Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson for most of their Week 4 matchup, but the All-Pro ball-carrier would not be denied on a fourth-and-one in the fourth quarter.

Peterson got the yard needed for a first down -- and much more.

The touchdown run was vintage Peterson. In fact, it was the 94th touchdown of his career. That's the second most in Vikings franchise history, according to the team's official Twitter account.

On top of that, it was his 17th career touchdown run of at least 40 yards, according to Chris Tomasson of the Pioneer Press. He only trails Hall of Fame running back Barry Sanders for the most all time (20).

Even at 30 years old, Peterson hasn't stopped scratching his name into the record books.
