Tight end Demetrius Harris is now off the Chiefs' PUP list

General manager John Dorsey will be faced with some tough decisions this week.

He dealt with an easy one first -- activating promising tight end Demetrius Harris off the physically unable to perform list.

Harris hasn't been able to contribute consistently after multiple offseason foot surgeries. When healthy, though, he's a 6-foot-7 target with blocking ability and soft hands.

The Chiefs were excited about his potential during spring workouts. He's been sidelined until now, where he'll battle to reclaim the team's open reserve tight end role.
