JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) The Jacksonville Jaguars have re-signed exclusive rights free agent defensive end Ryan Davis.

Davis had a career-high 6 1/2 sacks last season, proving to be the team's most versatile pass rusher.

After signing as an undrafted rookie free agent in 2012, Davis has played in 24 games in Jacksonville, including all 16 last year. The former Bethune-Cookman standout has 22 tackles, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and an interception.

The Jaguars also declined to make tender offers to five restricted free agents, meaning running back Jordan Todman, guard Jacques McClendon, fullback Will Ta'ufo'ou, cornerback Teddy Williams and tight end Fendi Onobun are now unrestricted free agents. They can sign with other teams beginning Tuesday afternoon.
