Jaguars add WR Greg Jenkins

The Jacksonville Jaguars' roster stands at 90 players heading into training camp next week as the club announced the signing of wide receiver Greg Jenkins on Friday.

Jenkins appeared in six games for the Oakland Raiders in 2013, primarily as a kick returner. He returned 10 kicks for an average of 22.1 yards and six punts for an average of 8.2 yards. The 25-year-old's lone NFL touchdown came on a fumble return of the opening kickoff in Oakland's 2013 game against the Dallas Cowboys.

The 6-1, 205-pound Jenkins, who entered the league as an undrafted free agent out of Alabama State, spent part of last season on the Raiders practice squad after being waived/injured at the end of training camp. The Florida native attended Wesley Chapel High School in Pasco County.

Jenkins' signing helps fill the void on the Jaguars roster created by last week's release of wide receiver/kick returner Ace Sanders.
