Jackson, 32, was arrested in February 2015 following an altercation with Jose Bonilla-Fuentes, a pizza delivery driver, according to the Indianapolis Star. Bonilla-Fuentes accused Jackson of punching him after he parked in Jackson’s assigned spot outside his residence.
Jackson declined a plea agreement and now will face sentencing April 6. Simple assault is punishable by a maximum of 180 days in jail. Bonilla-Fuentes is also suing Jackson in civil court, and the linebacker could face discipline under the NFL’s personal conduct policy.
