Published Oct. 8, 2013 1:00 a.m. ET

Houston Texans tight end Owen Daniels is expected to miss 4-6 weeks with a non-displaced fibula fracture suffered in Sunday's game against San Francisco, ESPN reports.

Daniels has recorded 24 receptions this season for 252 yards and is tied for the team lead with three touchdown catches. He will be replaced by Garret Graham in the Texans' lineup.

The Texans also have rookie Ryan Griffin, drafted in the sixth round out of Connecticut, on their roster. Griffin has yet to record a catch this season.
