Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh announced in his postgame press conference Monday night that former Ravens tight end Konrad Reuland, who spent time with four different NFL franchises, died at the age of 29, days after suffering a brain aneurysm in late November.

"I just want to offer our condolences to his family," Harbaugh said. "We love Konrad Reuland. Every single guy in the locker room loves him and knows him."

Reuland transferred from Notre Dame to Stanford, and was a part of the Andrew Luck-led team that won the Orange Bowl in 2011.

Teams and players paid tribute to Reuland following Harbaugh's announcement.
