Denver Broncos vs. Jacksonville Jaguars: Week 13 Final Injury Report

Published Jun. 30, 2017 6:28 p.m. ET

The Denver Broncos and Jacksonville Jaguars are set to face each other for the first time in three years. I go over the final injury report for both teams here.

For the Denver Broncos, it is crunch time as we roll into December. The tough stretch to the postseason begins now.

As it stands currently, the Denver Broncos are on the outside looking in. They are behind the Miami Dolphins by virtue of conference record.

The Denver Broncos will be playing the last place Jacksonville Jaguars in a critical AFC showdown. The Jaguars might be 2-9, but at this stage, no team will be taken lightly.

Therefore, it is important for the Broncos to be as healthy as possible for the remaining games ahead.

With the final practices completed, I will be taking a look at the Denver Broncos and Jacksonville Jaguars injury report going into Sunday’s contest.

For the Denver Broncos, the biggest player on the report will be out for Sunday’s game.

As Sayre Bedinger reported earlier, Trevor Siemian will miss Sunday’s game against the Jaguars. Meaning that Paxton Lynch will be starting in his second game.

This will also be his first road start. Let us hope that Paxton Lynch can bring home the win for the Broncos.

Bennie Fowler (knee) and Casey Kreiter (calf) have also been ruled out for the game on Sunday. With Fowler out, the Broncos have promoted Kalif Raymond to the active roster.

And in turn, as I reported earlier this week, Andy Janovich has been officially placed on injured reserve.

The offense is big banged up for this game. It looks as if the defense might be relied on for a bit.

For the Jacksonville Jaguars, Allen Hurns (hamstring), Chris Ivory (hamstring), Jared Odrick (shoulder), and Rashad Greene (Achilles) are ruled out for the Jaguars.

Former Broncos tight end Julius Thomas (back) is doubtful for the game.

Yannick Ngakoue (ankle) is questionable for the Jaguars.

At least the Broncos are in a bit better shape than the Jaguars. But this will be an interesting game.
