One of America's most historic pro football venues is entering the 2015 NFL season in style, as the Chicago Bears have announced the installation of new videoboards at Soldier Field.

The new endzone video boards are 310 percent larger than the old ones and will feature the "highest picture quality in the NFL," according to the team. In addition, the "ribbon panel" along the 300 level will be expanded to 390 feet and and a 440-foot one will be installed along the 200 level.

The Bears have announced that American company Yesco is manning the upgrades.

The fan experience at Soldier Field has officially reached out to the future, while also maintaining the romanticism of the 90-year-old stadium.
