Writer who called Cam Newton 'worst draft pick ever' eats his words

You know the old saying, "what goes around, comes around." That stands 100 percent true for a former Bleacher Report writer who called Cam Newton the "worst NFL draft pick ever."

According to Will Brinson of CBS Sports, the reporter, Jim Folsom, made a massively bold statement about Newton back in 2011. His exact, full opening statement, can be seen below.

It gets slightly worse also, as Folsom then brings up a Tim Tebow comparison, and tells readers to "remember this article."

Basically, he, as well as quite a few other writers, have been incredibly wrong when it comes to their judgements of Newton. The Carolina Panthers leader may not post numbers like Tom Brady or Aaron Rodgers, but his style of play has proven to be successful and has led to plenty of NFL success.
