Cardinals' top 2 running backs, starting corner hurt in win

TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) The Arizona Cardinals came home battered but victorious after an ugly afternoon at San Francisco.

The team's top two running backs - Chris Johnson and Andre Ellington - and starting cornerback Jerraud Powers left the game with injuries.

Arians says Johnson has a knee contusion and was undergoing an MRI to determine the seriousness. Ellington has a turf toe.

The Cardinals were relieved to find out Powers had a strained right calf. Arians says he thought it was an Achilles injury when it first occurred.
