Brian Billick compares Johnny Manziel to 'affluenza' kid

Johnny Manziel might still have some fans out there, but it’s safe to say that former Baltimore Ravens coach Brian Billick does not pay dues to the Johnny Manziel fan club.

Ouch. It definitely doesn’t seem as though Billick likes Manziel or his off field decisions.

To be fair, though, when the issue of Manziel’s on-field skills came up, Billick didn’t exactly give Johnny Football a ringing endorsement on that front, either.

“I’ve seen nothing on the football field athletically in the way he plays his game, to indicate that he can last in the National Football League.”

The Cleveland Browns released a statement on Manziel on Tuesday morning. ESPN’s Pat McManamon also reported that Cleveland is likely to release the quarterback and if that’s true, Manziel had better hope that current NFL coaches and executives don’t share Billick’s view of him.

He may be in luck though, if what he’s saying is true, that the Dallas Cowboys Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Rams are interested in him.
