Boston 'Sign Kid' is back for another Patriots Super Bowl parade

The biggest question at Tuesday’s New England Patriots Super Bowl parade wasn’t whether Bill Belichick would crack a smile, it was whether Sign Kid would show up.

And, much like Belichick, Sign Kid didn’t disappoint. He’s back in Boston celebrating another of the city’s sports championships.

This young fellow’s first name is apparently Jason, and he got on the radar of sports fans when he showed up with one of these smug signs during the Red Sox’s November 2013 victory parade: 11 years old, 8 parades.

Since that time, he’s been the Where’s Waldo of Boston sports celebrations, updating the sign both after the Patriots’ last title and again Tuesday.

Somewhere, there’s a kid in Atlanta wanting just one day off school for a parade given that Jason has had 10.
