Bills' McKelvin expected to play versus Pats despite illness

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) Buffalo Bills defensive back Leodis McKelvin is expected to play against New England on Monday night despite missing his second straight day of practice because of an illness.

Coach Rex Ryan provided that assessment on Friday without revealing the nature of the illness. McKelvin last practiced on Tuesday, when the Bills returned following a four-day break following their 22-17 win at the New York Jets on Nov. 12.

McKelvin has played the past two games since being activated from the reserve/non-injury football list after recovering from a broken right foot.

Rookie running back Karlos Williams (illness) and offensive guard Richie Incognito (shoulder) practiced on a limited basis Friday. Ryan said both are expected to play.
