ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) Buffalo Bills starting safety Aaron Williams is inactive against the New England Patriots on Sunday because of a wrist and neck injury.

The Bills made a surprise move by listing receiver Mike Williams inactive even though he spent the entire week practicing. The Bills had also discussed increasing Williams' playing time as part of their red-zone offense.

Buffalo's starting defensive tackle Kyle Williams and linebacker Nigel Bradham are active after both missed last week's 17-14 win at Detroit because of knee injuries.

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady will start after being listed as questionable because of an ankle injury Friday.
