PITTSFORD, N.Y. (AP) A person familiar with Gosder Cherilus' visit with the Buffalo Bills tells The Associated Press that the free-agent offensive tackle has completed his meeting and intends to visit other teams.

The meeting took place on Wednesday, two people said, speaking on the condition of anonymity because the Bills haven't announced the player's visit.

The visit comes three days after the 31-year-old was released by the Indianapolis Colts, and as the Bills prepare to open training camp in suburban Rochester on Friday.

The Colts cut Cherilus because of concerns they had of him coming off knee surgery.

Cherilus started 29 games for Indianapolis over the past two seasons. He spent his first five seasons as a starter with the Detroit Lions, who selected Cherilus with the 17th pick in the 2008 draft.
