Before the Washington Redskins can make improvements to their team at training camp this year, they'll have to first make repairs to their practice facility after a big storm rolled through.

On Tuesday night, the eve of players reporting to camp, a powerful storm swept through Richmond, VA and left the team's practice facility in rough shape.

Lightning and strong winds teamed up to snap one of the goalposts at the practice field. The organization better hope that's not a bad omen for the upcoming season.

Fortunately, the response was swift and repairs were made to get ready for the opening of camp on Thursday.

Maybe this was just Mother Nature's way of handling those recent Greg Hardy rumors.
