NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP)

Pittsburgh is sitting safety Troy Polamalu along with linebacker LaMarr Woodley against the Tennessee Titans.

Polamalu aggravated his right calf injury last weekend in a 16-14 victory over Philadelphia, the same injury that kept him out of two prior games. Woodley strained his right hamstring and will be replaced by Jason Worilds in the starting lineup. Will Allen is starting Thursday night at strong safety instead of Ryan Mundy, who was flagged for 15 yards for a hit last week.

The Titans deactivated only one starter in quarterback Jake Locker. Matt Hasselbeck is starting his second straight game in place of the quarterback who dislocated his left, non-throwing shoulder Sept. 30 in a loss at Houston. Linebacker Colin McCarthy is set to start after missing practice this week.
