Running back Willis McGahee has been placed on the active list for Cleveland's game at Minnesota, three days after the 31-year-old signed with the team.

McGahee replaced Trent Richardson, who was traded this week to Indianapolis. Bobby Rainey is the only other running back on the roster. Inactive for the Browns on Sunday were quarterback Brandon Weeden, linebacker Quentin Groves, offensive linemen Patrick Lewis, Martin Wallace and Shawn Lauvao, tight end Keavon Milton and defensive lineman Armonty Bryant.

Brian Hoyer replaced Weeden, who has a sprained right thumb. Oniel Cousins started at right guard for Lauvao.

Inactive for the Vikings were quarterback McLeod Bethel-Thompson, tight end/fullback Rhett Ellison, safety Mistral Raymond, linebacker Gerald Hodges, guard Jeff Baca, defensive tackle Chase Baker and defensive end George Johnson.
