Cardinals sign former Notre Dame WR Toma

TEMPE, Ariz. (AP)

The Arizona Cardinals have signed receiver Robby Toma, and released tight end Kyle Auffray and running back William Powell.

Arizona also waved receiver Michael Rios with a non-football injury.

Toma is a rookie free agent from Notre Dame, where he caught 24 passes for 252 yards in 13 games as a senior last year.

Powell, in his second year out of Kansas State, ran for 217 yards and caught 19 passes for 132 yards last season.
