News: Bradford indicated that his rehab from the torn ACL that he sustained on Aug. 23 is going well at this stage, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports. "I've been running for the past couple weeks," Bradford noted Tuesday. "Really seem to have kind of turned the corner in the past three or four weeks as far as what I'm doing in rehab now...There haven't been any setbacks."
Impact: Bradford thus figures to be ready to go by the time training camp rolls around in advance the 2015 season. At that time, the report suggests that he'll have to compete for the team's starting assignment. "There's going to be competition at the quarterback position, there's no doubt," according to coach Jeff Fisher. "With somebody that's not in the building right now. We're hopeful for that." Meanwhile, Bradford -- who is due $13 million in base salary in 2015 on the final year of his rookie deal -- is a candidate to have his deal tweaked, with Fisher suggesting on that front that he is "confident we'll sort some things out."

News: Bradford says rehab from knee surgery has been an easier process the second time around.
Impact: The St. Louis Rams quarterback said Tuesday he wouldn't mind if the team took a quarterback early in the draft. He said he always approaches his job as if there's competition. Bradford missed the entire season after reinjuring his surgically repaired left knee in the third week of the preseason. He missed the last seven games in 2013 after injuring the knee for the first time.
