News: Ginn appears to have fallen out of the third receiver job in the Cardinals' offense, the team's official site reports. Impact: Both John and Jaron Brown have outplayed Ginn, who was held without a catch on one occasion and didn't play in the opener. Thus, Ginn's touches will likely be contained to deep balls and return duties, the latter of which he hasn't found much success to date (one kick return for 25 yards and four punt returns for 18 yards). He doesn't hold much value right now, even after inking a three-year deal with the Cardinals in the offseason.(RotoWire, )

News: Ginn (knee) made one catch on two targets for seven yards in Saturday's preseason game versus the Vikings. Impact: Ginn also fielded one punt but was stopped after a two-yard gain. Despite missing a couple practices to begin last week, the wideout was able to make his preseason debut Saturday, albeit with limited impact. Nonetheless, Ginn returning healthy boosts his chances of locking down the Cardinals' No. 3 receiver position. He'll have two more exhibition outings to build on Saturday's performance.(RotoWire, )

News: Ginn (knee) may be a game-time call for Saturday's preseason outing in Minnesota, Kyle Odegard of the Cardinals' official site reports. Impact: Sitting out back-to-back practices Monday and Tuesday, Ginn continues to endure a knee injury. If his stay on the sidelines is extended, rookie John Brown could cement the No. 3 receiver role heading into the regular season. However, Ginn will still have two opportunities to display his understanding of Bruce Arians' offense, if he logs another DNP this weekend.(RotoWire, )
