News: Leary pleaded guilty to a 2012 DUI, the Dallas Morning News reports. Impact: He'll receive 18 months probation from the state of Texas, and as a first-time offender under the CBA, Leary won't face a league suspension either. He'll head into training camp the incumbent starter at left guard but will need to fend off Mackenzy Bernadeau and Uche Nwaneri to keep the job.(RotoWire, )

News: Leary has pleaded guilty to a first-time drunken driving charge. Leary was arrested in suburban Dallas in September 2012 after failing a field sobriety test. According to the arrest warrant affidavit, he was pulled over for multiple traffic violations and on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Impact: Leary was a Memphis University guard before the Cowboys signed him as a free agent in 2012. He has had a chronic knee problem.(STATS, 3:30pm)
